Background Information

Communicable disease is one of that is spread from one person to another through a variety
of ways that include: contact with blood and bodily fluids; breathing in an airborne virus; or by
being bitten by an insect. It is a disease causing biologic agents includes viruses, bacteria, fungi,
protozoa, multicellular parasites and aberrant proteins known as prions. Transmission of these
biologic agents can occur in variety of ways, including direct physical contact with an infectious
person, consuming contaminated foods or beverages, contact with contaminated body fluids,
contact with contaminated inanimate objects, airborne (inhalation) ,or being bitten by an insect or
tick.

Most common communicable diseases includes: head lice infestation, conjunctivitis,


hand,foot and mouth diseases, mumps,scabies, chicken pox, measles, common cold, influenza(flu),
tuberculosis, COVID-19, hepatitis, cholera, dengue, malaria and Japanese encephalitis.

Background information:
Farming tools are very important because the crops and livestock will not be raised and
cultivate properly if there’s no farm tools and equipment to use. Farming involves seedling, tilling,
and harvesting done by hand. However, agriculture had developed different kinds of farming tools
to aid the farming process. Hand tools like mattocks, hoes, shovels, rakes and shears were some of
many tools that aided farmers. These farming tools are already been used since the early
civilization of the world.
