II. Payment Term:

* We proposed the payment terms as below:
1/ Advance payment: 40% of total contract value as down payment after signing the contract.
2/ Second payment:
* Up to 80% total contract value will be paid after the main equipment regrouping to at site( not including import equipment): Panel PIR, Insulated door, Control Panel,
pressure vessel, gas pipe, insulation material, cable, lighting system
* Up to 90% total contract value will be paid after the imported equipment regrouping to at site: Compressors, Air Cooler, Evaporative condenser, gas valve, dock equipment
The whole second payment can be paid for each delivery.
3/ Third payment: Up to 95% total contract value will be paid before T&C and hand-over.
4/ Final payment: Payment of the remaining value of the contract value to be made days since T&C and hand-over. We will give you Payment Guarantee 5% of total contract

III. Delivery Time and Work Location and Warranty term
1/ Implementation time schedule of the contract: Completing the installation work and acceptance test in 7-9 months, from the date of advances payment
Does not include public holidays.
2/ Site location: Lot G7, Road Number 6, Song Than 2 Industrial Zone, Di An Ward, Di An District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
3/ The equipment we will provide is 100% new.
4/ Warranty term: the Warranty period for the Works described in this Offer is 18 months from the date of Acceptance but not more than 22 months from finishing installtion
work, whichever comes first. The Warranty covers replacement free of charge (excluding carriage and installation) of any parts found to contain any defects in workmanship
and material that certified by the third party selected by the Buyer and the Seller, and not liability for any defects caused by not comply with guidance from the instruction
of manufacture. Handling and local duty costs for warranty are borne by the client. The Warranty does not cover any consequantial damage or loss.
IV. Validity
This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of this quotation.
VI. Exclusion:
1/ All concrete works relevant to the floor and foundation for the execution of the mentioned equipment. Concrete floor finishing for cold storage; Len wall and vent warehouse
background. Frame for wall panel of ASRS cold storage
2/ The steel frame have to be strong enough for supporting ceiling, wall panel; air coolers; frame and platform of Blow Down air coolers; the piping system of refrigeration system
3/ Expenses for dismantling and re-assembling basic construction items, which become entangled in the process of transporting equipment and supplies to the location of
installation and construction;
4/ Supply main power cable to control panel of refrigeration system.
5/ Reinforced steel frame for wall panel, steel pillar / steel frame to protect cold storage door.
6/ Supply additional water to the evaporative condenser
7/ Supplying electrical, water supporting testing and commissioning work
8/ Cost of using the system with the local registry (if any)
9/ Any other items not specifically included in this quotation.
