    Supplement to the General Rental Conditions

    List of fees when using shared mobility services:

    Title Description Value


    Booking cancellation This fee will be charged automatically by the platform if a booking was 2.00 €
    cancelled. Will be charged if the booking was cancelled within 60
    minutes to scheduled booking start.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 15.00 €
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 16 minutes after the
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 35.00 €
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 31 minutes after the
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 55.00 €
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 61 minutes after the
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 75.00 €
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 91 minutes after the
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 95.00 €
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 121 minutes after the
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 115.00
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 151 minutes after the €
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 135.00
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 211 minutes after the €
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 155.00
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 241 minutes after the €
    scheduled booking time.
    Delayed return This fee will be charged automatically if the scheduled return time was 175.00
    exceeded. The vehicle was returned at least 271 minutes after the €
    scheduled booking time.
    2nd reminder Processing of 2nd reminder 5.00 €
