MARK (Exporter) - Mr. John, I need to send three containers of paper to the United States.
JHON (Customs Agent): Of course, sir.
Mark: I have the customer waiting for this order.
JHON (customs agent) I will list all the documents corresponding to the export.
MARK: Mr. John, I would like it to be this week.
JOHN: no problem. the containers are *40?
MARK: yes, they are *40, I will send you the container numbers and the commercial invoice
MARK: (you should call the transporter)
JHON: (customs agent) of course I will make a videoconference to talk with the transport
JOHN: calling……. Hi Diego.
DIEGO: Hello Mr. John.
JHON: I need to transport 3 containers of paper to Barranquilla; I have the client on the line
DIEGO: it´s pleasure, where do I have to pick them up?
MARK: I have three factories, in Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.
DIEGO: the most appropriate option is Medellin; the distance is 701 km with a trip duration of
13 hours.
JHON: Diego, how is the state of the tracks?
DIEGO: they are in good condition.
JHON: Do you think the trip will be quick and smooth?
DIEGO: Of course, our router is one of the best, our system has the capacity to store information
and make the most of it.
DIEGO: On the other hand, we only have one restriction due to a drop in the highway around
Valdivia leaving the department of Antioquia.
MARK: Mr. Diego, how much would the freight cost?
DIEGO: Counting gasoline expenses, the 11 category II tolls and another thing, it will be
3,500,000 per container.
MARK: Sounds good to me.
MARK: Mr. John, I leave everything to you.
MARK: I hope everything goes well; please keep me informed
JHON: Of course, I will coordinate the transportation operation with Diego.

MARK: okay.
