of employees, it can help them save a lot of money and their time. In the covid-19, people need
to stay at home to protect themselves, so some online tools such as zoom, ms team, google meet
appear to help them complete tasks. Employees can join these platforms to discuss tasks without
going to the office, which saves their budget on transportation fees, cost of lunch meals. It is
obvious that working from home is an optimized way of getting the job done and employees still
save money for the future. Nowadays, transportation fees are really expensive since the increase
of petroleum, also, the lack of parking slots, especially in the center of city, makes employees
need to pay high prices to get it. In addition, time management will be significantly optimized
because they can save the time of traveling and break. Turning to the employers, dealing with the
employees working from home, they can save the rental cost for the office. In real life, many
companies use this way to cut their fee for rental costs whether there is a pandemic or not.
Hence, working from home through virtual tools is an effective method for people who want to
save their finances.

rules at once. In addition, people can work worldly as they just join the meetings via online

far distance. This utility can help people become global citizens and work across continents. For
example, companies want to enter the new market, they totally hire other people in this country
to conduct a survey of market possibilities.

In conclusion, working from home via some online platforms is an optimized way that helps
