Experience is the best teacher because with experience we gain engagement with ourselves and
with others. Experience makes us feel the lesson’s presence physically, emotionally and spiritually. The
reason why it is the best teacher is because it touches with us personally, we learn the consequences of
our actions and the rewards for doing a good thing. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you can only gain
the lessons from yourself, you can still gain them from other people’s experience because you can relate
to them.

What is your most insightful experience in this “new normal”? Why?

One of my most insightful experience in today’s situation is when the lockdown was
announced. This caused many reactions including negative ones. A lockdown has never
happened to us before which is why everyone is trying to adjust to this and hoped for the best.
