PRINCIPLES EXPLANATION
The readiness of the student is the key so
that the learning process will be effective.
Once the receiver is open for inputs like
lessons, activities the results will be better
Law of Readiness and the receiver is happy and not frustrated.

Readiness means a preparation of action. If


one is not prepared to learn, learning cannot
be automatically instilled in him/her.
Continuous practice of activities and lessons
makes the output well. Giving the students
many activities and exercises will make them
Law of Exercise more familiar with the lesson.

Example: Writing, coloring, singing need


exercise and repetition of various
movements and actions many times.
Every good output deserves a reward. Every
reward stimulates the eagerness of the child
to learn. This also states that any behavior
that is followed by pleasant consequences is
likely to be repeated.
Law of Effect
Teaching, therefore, must be pleasing. The
educator must obey the tastes and interests
of his pupils. In other words, greater the
satisfaction stronger will be the motive to
learn. 
This states that learning involves responding
in a variety of ways if the first response is not
immediately reinforced or satisfied. If the
individual wants to solve a puzzle, he is to try
Multiple Responses in different ways rather than persisting in the
same way. Like when an child / student is
faced with a problem he/she will try one
response after another until it finds success.

The responses that an animal will try, and


the results that it will find satisfying, depend
largely on the animal’s attitude or state at the
time. In this Law, learning is affected more in
Law of Set and Attitude the individual if he is set to learn more or to
excel.
Physical appearance is often a major part of
the halo effect. People who are considered
Halo Effect attractive tend to be rated higher on other
positive traits as well.

But looks should not be the basis of teachers


on how they would evaluate their student
performances.
