Reversing warning light, strobe lightning (Sales code WL50012)

The new optional equipment Reversing warning light, strobe lightning, is introduced for L60F up to L350F. This
optional equipment is intended to warn personnel of a potential machine hazard when the machine’s reverse gear
is engaged.

Remarks

• The use of the reversing warning light, strobe lightning can be combined with/or replace the audible
reverse warning alarm if national and / or local regulations so permit.

• During day- and nighttime hours, or when ”silent traffic is commanded” - e.g. in town centers, near
hospitals or during snow cleaning, the audible reverse warning alarm can be substituted with the
reversing warning light, strobe lightning.

• There is a legal requirement in the USA and Canada for an audible reverse warning alarm which means
that the audible warning alarm can’t be substituted with the reversing warning light, strobe lightning.

• Before assembling the strobe lamp on the machine, check local/national regulations.

CE Marking Attachments (Sales code WLA85189)

Description

The MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC states that all

interchangeable equipment (Hook on attachment with moving
parts) must be CE marked from January 1st, 2010.

In the past this has been fulfilled by the CE marking of the

machine itself but this is no longer allowed. To fulfill the new
requirements the following will be included with the attachment:

• A pin plate placed on the attachment - see picture.

• A Declaration of Conformity.

Attachments that are sold loose will be accompanied by an

Operator’s manual.

Ordering information

For L60F to L350F a Sales code WLA85189 will be added automatically in MOM when an order for the
attachment is sold both together with a machine or separately.

For the wheel loaders, L20 – L50, this will be handled by the Order Desk without sales code.

Remarks

• The CE Marking Attachments will be included regardless of market.
