Manual Introduction
Overview:
The machine is suitable for the food industry, used for plantain chips, potato
chips, fruit chips or other materials mixing flavor, structure of this machine is
simple, and the use is safe.
Install:
1,Put machine at flat level to confirm working stable.
2,Connect the power cord inside the electrical cabinet, switch on, press the
start button, stay machine, adjusted by frequency conversion, and adjust to the
need of the right speed.
Application method：
1,First put the machine steady, put plantain chips into the hopper, then put
spices, keep working for 5-10 minutes(this time should be confirmed in actual
production).
2,Put raw material evenly spread within the cylinder,Adjust the anchor spiral
suitably,Adjusting the inclination of the cylinder. So as to achieve fully mixing.
Needing attention:
This machine uses the chain transmission, after a period of time, should be
inspected periodically and lubrication.
When check the maintenance, should cut off power supply.
