Group # 4

Overall Impact

Strengths

 The coronavirus pandemic has caused worldwide suffering and devastation.

 The key to overcoming the pandemic is to establish herd immunity via vaccinations.

 Sadly, vaccine hesitancy has hindered that goal.

 The purpose of this study is to identify and explore the barriers to accepting the

COVID-19 vaccine.

Weakness

 Too many hyperboles are exaggerated statements or claims that are not meant to be

taken literally.

 Lack of presentation tables, graphs, pictures by which we can easily understand the

things.

Scored Review Criteria

1.Significance
Strengths

 The study participants' information will be kept confidential and managed following
the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. (HIPAA).

 This study examines the phenomenon of vaccine hesitancy among adults in New York

City.

 the quantitative survey data examining COVID-19 beliefs and attitudes

 It could generally apply to understanding influence on peoples

Weaknesses

 There is no solution given to the issue of why people hesitate to the vaccine for covid-

19 protection.

 It is unclear if the use of the paradigm is intended to address public perception or

clinical necessity.

2.Investigator

Strengths

 They are well performed in the survey they have good abilities on this.

 The web-based survey will be administered through REDCap® software hosted on a

secure web server.

 The data will only be accessed and used by members of the research team.

Weakness

 There is no solution to the problem given in the study

 The levels of effort proposed by the investigators seem unlikely to be sufficient for the

complexity of the project, raising concerns about the initiative's ability to achieve its
objectives.

3.Innovation

Strengths

 A fresh and significantly different way of thinking about or treating something that

leads to a positive transformation is defined as demonstrating the need for what you are

proposing.

 The concept is new to the field.

Weakness

 Although the project uses new methods such as online survey, these methods are

unlikely to generatee different conceptual approaches.

4.Approaches

Strengths

 Using the pervasive computing platform to manage information lays the groundwork

for the system's future development.

 The overall project's conceptual framework has been thoroughly defined and is highly

supported.

Weakness

 In the online surveys, peoples are faking and does not give their original opinion to

save time.

 The time allotted for goal one work may be insufficient.

5.Environment

Strength

 Each participating institution must have a high-quality research environment.

 Uses electronic media for better results.

 Code of Federal Requirements on Human Subjects (45 CFR Part 46) and any other

relevant US government research regulations shall be adhered to in conducting this

study

Weakness

 To attain uniformity across the board, a more effective technique is required.
