MGT4043EF Principles of Human Resource Management

Introduction

It all began in 1909 when Gabrielle Chanel started a millinery boutique at 160 Boulevard

Malesherbes (the ground floor of Étienne Balsan's apartment in Paris), where she was the

mistress of the socialite and textile manufacturer. To meet these demimondaine mistresses, who

were fashionable ladies on whom affluent men bestowed their fortune in the form of lavish

clothing, jewellery, and hats in addition to their hunting and sports activities, Chanel had to go to

Balsan's flat.

Training Manager (CHANEL)

The Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training plans consistent

with the organization's objectives and strategy. Collaborate with functional leadership to build

training programmes that are tailored to the company's needs. Analyze training results to see

what might be done to enhance them. Make necessary revisions to the curriculum. Two of our

specializations are brand essence and standards training, and we look forward to working with

you. We are going to a communication training skills program at Chanel that is an essential thing

for the goodwill and performance of the organization

Chanel is a privately held corporation devoted to cultivating an atmosphere where people can

perform at their best and feel fulfilled and confident in their work. As a firm that values its

employees, we strive hard to provide an environment where individuals can be themselves and

pursue their hobbies without fear of being criticized or mocked.

To assist you in growing, we provide a unique work environment that enables you to get a deeper

understanding of the brand, the business, and your ambitions.

Design a training program

The ability to communicate effectively in both personal and professional contexts is essential.

Personal connections, such as those with family, friends, and acquaintances, benefit significantly

from developing these abilities. In the workplace, practical communication skills may help

resolve conflicts between employees, managers and customers. The long-term benefits of a well-

designed communication skills training program may be realized since it attracts a wide range of

people.

Step 1

List the subjects covered in the curriculum, including interpersonal skills and personality types,

assumptions (positive and negative), impediments to successful communication, and conflict

resolution. Select clear objectives for each topic by comparing definitions, examples, step-by-

step instructions and personal evaluations with those of the issue at hand. Design a general

overview of each course's content, or construct more in-depth systems inside the program, if

necessary. Every case should be researched thoroughly for relevant facts.

Step 2

Depending on the themes and objectives, determine the number of courses needed. Set a

timetable for the entire program and each system, and ensure you have enough time for each.

The format of a system should be determined before the start of class. Will the course be offered

online at the student's own pace or in a one- or two-day seminar format? If the program is to be

presented online, choose a trusted website to set up the presentation. Determine who your
audience is: beginners, advanced participants, white-collar employees, or English learners.

Identify your target audience.

Step 3

Use technology to help students. When delivering a presentation on-site, use Microsoft

PowerPoint or Adobe Captivate if providing an online representation. Use unique software

capabilities like animations, online demonstrations, screenshots, and diagrams to explain

concepts. Enhance your training regimen by using free internet training resources and activities.

Verify the terms and conditions as well as the licence.

Step 4

Assemble handouts with relevant facts and examples. A syllabus, objectives, internet resources

and role-playing standards should be included in the course plan. Make sure to provide credit to

sources outside of your own. Make a list of recommended reading materials. Frequently asked

questions should be included. Make sure to provide online training on vocabulary and sentence

construction.

Step 5

At the end of the program, ask participants to fill out an evaluation form and return it to you for

review. Inquire about the most relevant subject, the least beneficial aim and a most exemplary

role-playing activity. After reviewing studies, you can make adjustments to the program.
