Once upon a time, in Prambanan Village, there was a

daughter named Roro Jonggrang.

Once, Prambanan was defeated by the Pengging Kingdom
Complication led by Bandung Bondowoso. Prabu Baka died on the
battlefield. He was killed by the very powerful Bandung
Bondowoso.

The stone statue of Roro Jonggrang is placed in the large
temple room. Until now, the temple is called the Roro
Resolution
Jonggrang Temple. Meanwhile, the surrounding temples
are called Candi Sewu (Thousand Temples) although the
number has not yet reached 1,000.
