Compared to many other large companies Tesla has not been around that long.

Tesla was founded on July 1, 2003 by Martin Eberhard, JB Straubel, Marc Tarpenning,
Ian Wright and the best known Elon Musk. It ́s dedicated to designing, manufacturing
and selling electric cars. Not only that but they also sell components for electric vehicle
propulsion, solar roofs, solar photoelectric installations and home batteries. Tesla is a
very large company but much of its success has to do with the way it ́s managed and
how it deals with its people. Over time, Tesla has been innovating the way it works and
has been able to develop in different areas of work. Tesla began with the purpose of
making electric energy become the new fuel in order to reduce environmental pollution
by a good amount. Tesla's purpose has not changed over the years but it has been able
to develop in other fields of work. Mainly by the multibillionaire Elon Musk, who has also
been able to make the company not only manufacture car parts but also create rockets
and make trips to space, has driven this development.
