The following procedure should only be applied in a case of loss of power at high oil temperature. It
must not be used for any other reason as it may cause damage to the travel motor and invalidate the war-
ranty.

PROCEDURE (Front Motor)

1. Remove plug M1 and fit a 600kg/cm pressure gauge (Thread diameter = 14mm, Pitch = 1.5mm)
2. Remove plug G and fit 600 kg/cm pressure gauge (Thread diameter = 14mm, Pitch = 1.5mm)
3. Set the working mode to heavy duty operation (Ho Mode), maximum fuel dial (Hi idle) and travel
speed switch to Hi mode.
4. Select forward travel on the steering column switch and gently depress the travel pedal to a full
stoke.
5. Apply the brake pedal until the pressure rises to main pressure G and check the pressure M1.
6. If the pressure M1 is incorrect then adjust screw "A" until M1 pressusre meets the standard in the
above table.
Remove the seal cap from the valve adjustment
Loosen locking nut with a M10 spanner
Turn the adjustment screw "A" with a 3mm Allen Key, if M1 lower than standrd turn screw clock
wise, if M1 than standard turn screw counter-clockwise.

NOTE: (90° turn of adjustment screw equals about 25 bar adjustment)

Tighten lock nut with M10 spanner.

PROCEDURE (Rear Motor, See Fig. 2)

1. Remove plug M1 and fit a 600 kg/cm pressure gauge (Thread dia.= 14mm, Pitch =1.5mm)
2. Remove plug G and fit 600 kg/cm pressure gauge (Thread dia.=14mm, Pitch =1.5mm)
3. Set the working mode to heavy duty operation (Ho mode) maximum fuel dial (Hi idle) and travel
speed switch to Hi mode.
4. Select forward travel on the steering colun switch and gently depress the trvel ped to full stroke.
5. Apply the brake pedal until the pressure rises to main pressure G and check he pressure M1.
6. If the pressure M1 is incorrect then adjust scrfew "A" until M1 pressure meets the standard in the
above table.
Remove the seal cap from the vale adjustment
Lossen locking nut with a M10 spanner.
Turn the adjustment screw "A" with a 3mm Alley Key, if M1 lower than standard turn screw
clockwise, if M1 higher than standard turn screw counter-clockwise.

NOTE: (90 degree turn of adjustment screw equals about 25 bar adjustment)

Tighten lock nut using M10 spanner.
