    Mr Newton presented to our clinic complaining of chronic mild diarrhea for four months and
    low grade intermittent right lower quadrant abdominal pain. His symptoms are associated
    with lethargy, decrease appetite and loss of weight. His examination findings are normal Comment [bnchmrk3]: decreased
    except for generliszed abdominal tenderness. The results of his investigations showed Comment [bnchmrk4]: generalized
