1 Diesel is clean and in good condition

2 Are there any fuel leaks

5 Exhaust provided with spark arrestor

6 Are guards fitted to rotating/moving parts

7 Battery secured properly

8 No abnormal sounds noted in the equipment.

9 Relevant safety signs are provided & displayed.

10 Equipment properly grounded with Copper rod

11 Fire extinguisher is available

12 Fire extinguisher is serviced and inspected.

13 Drip tray is provided.

14 No evidence of spillage around the generator

15 Evidence of routine maintenance available

16 Monthly Inspection Sticker is available
