9 No abnormal sounds noted in the equipment.
10 Relevant safety signs are provided & displayed.
11 Equipment properly grounded with Copper rod
12 Fire extinguisher (UL Listed) is available
13 Drip tray is provided.
14 Control & Switches are functional.
15 No evidence of spillage around the pump.
16 Monthly Inspection Sticker is available
