Performance Standard: The students must prepare different concentrations of mixtures according
to uses and availability of materials investigate properties of unsaturated or saturated solutions.

Goal: The students must showcase the characteristics and appearances of unsaturated, saturated,
and supersaturated solutions in a 1 – minute video clip or image that they have made on their own.

Role: Food Technologist and Chef

Audience: Nutritionist and Senior Food Technologist

Situation: In celebration of the International Chef Day, you as a Food Technologist and some well
known Chef are assigned to demonstrate the significance of measuring ingredients especially in
forming solutions in making dishes. Upon demonstration, you must choose between a short video or
an image presentation of the characteristics and appearance of the different types of concentration
and why it is important to know the concentrations of solution in making food.
