Home Credit Products:
• Closed end loan (CEL):
- Customer loans:
+ Two – wheels (TW): CMND/CCCD
+ Customer durable (CD): CMND/CCCD
- Cash loans:
+ CLX: TLS in charge (old customers)
+ CLW (POS): SA in charge (new customers)
+ ACL (mobile): SA in charge (new customers), CMND/CCCD + other bills
+ ACLX: TLS in charge (old customers)

Sale Channels:
• Tele-sales
• Sale assistances (SA): at Point of Sale (POS), not use ALDY
• Retail assistances (RA): at retail, use ALDY

• Global Mobile App (GMA): Global, integrate CAPP in future
