Dear Mr. John Darcy:

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude that you have offered us the opportunity
to utilize our skills in a more extensive environment. As I have always felt the urge to learn, to
grow, and to devote more, I believe that the additional leadership training programme will be
valuable as it creates efficiency to the business as well as engages the team to deliver leadership
skills.

However, taking into consideration the period of the programme, which is from January to July
next year, I am afraid that it will cause many inconveniences to the whole Management Team. It
is quite challenging to prepare for a sixth-month trip to New York in just two months (November
and December, as it is already the end of October at the moment). Moreover, the traditional
holiday of Vietnam in February - Tet is so meaningful and priceless that I believe many of us
here do not want to miss any moment of it. I believe that you, as a man of family, sympathize our
sense of prioritizing such a precious reunion.

I understand that it is difficult to make changes to the agreement that has been signed with
Executive Trainers. Still, I would like to make a suggestion: instead of starting the programme
right away in New York in January, we could apply a hybrid training method, which comprises
virtual training during the first month and offline training for the rest of the programme. As the
world is witnessing a tremendous change in the working rituals, such a method will also benefit
our business in the long run.

RE: Information of Park Hyatt Hotel's service

I am writing to you in reference to the request for information about Park Hyatt's service in
March 2022. On behalf of Park Hyatt Hotel, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your
choice and trust in our service.

For the accommodations for 250 people in March 2022, I am glad to inform you that there are
100 rooms of four still available. The charge for each room is $2000 per night. By making an
early reservation, you will receive a discounted group hotel rate at 10%. The Park Hyatt
Conference room, capable of accommodate up to 300 people, will be available during the first
two weeks of March 2022.

Besides the accommodations, Park Hyatt also provides wonderful and luxurious additional
services: guided tour, delivery of flowers and gifts, and especially catering. As you have
mentioned in the letter, half-day trips around Ho Chi Minh City are offered to groups of over 100
people.
