I hope you are doing well.

Our records indicate that you are a current patient of our practice and taking medications. For
safety reasons and to track patient progress, we will be conducting Remote Patient Vital Sign
Monitoring. 

Remote Patient Vital Sign Monitoring (RPVSM) consists of blood pressure, pulse, height, and
weight measurement in a Zoom meeting, virtually with Ms. Maria, our medical technician. 

Within the next 15 days from this email, each patient will need to purchase or borrow an
ELECTRONIC ARM blood pressure cuff - as these are more accurate than the wrist cuffs - for the
meeting and set aside about 15 minutes. 

Ms. Maria will therefore reach out to you in 15 days, schedule an appointment for your RPVSM,
collect the information on the agreed-on time and submit it for Dr. Burr to review. 

This visit will NOT cost you any money out of pocket. This routine procedure is covered by your
insurance.

Patient Vital Sign Monitoring (RPVSM) data. We would have some availabilities on Friday, 22th
of April, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Would that work for you? If so: which time would work
better for you? Please advise.

You are therefore confirmed for Monday, March 28th at 1:30 pm for your RPVSM  appointment.
It will be a Zoom meeting. We will be sending you a reminder of our Zoom link through email on
the morning of that day.

Please make sure that you get an ELECTRONIC ARM Blood Pressure Cuff, as these are more
accurate than the wrist cuffs.

important data, it will become more and more difficult for Dr Burr to be able to prescribe
stimulants for safety reasons.
