- Very high noise can be heard at the motor side.

- Motor casing vibration with the highest 6.016 mm/s RMS is in danger level, predominantly by
bearing fault frequency.
- High envelope acceleration reading at all bearing with the appearance of bearing fault
frequencies.
- Motor and pump casing vibration shows bearing fault frequencies with a random peak shows
the bearings are in the last stage of defect.

2. Recommendation

- Immediately stop the unit to prevent catastrophic failure.

- Perform bearing replacement on the motor and pump unit.
- Further inspect the coupling unit for any secondary defect.
