1. In your own words, expound exhaustively the process of APPROACH, STRATEGY, METHOD AND
TECHNIQUE.
APPROACH-An approach is a perspective on instructing and learning. Any strategy to teaching a
language must start with a theoretical understanding of what language is and how it may be
learned. An approach gives rise to methods, which are the ways of teaching that use exercises or
other teaching strategies to aid students in learning.
STRATEGY- A teacher will choose the teaching strategy that is most appropriate for the subject
being studied, the learner's level of expertise, and the stage in their learning journey. Teaching
strategies are methods and techniques that a teacher will use to support their pupils or students
through the learning process.
METHOD AND TECHNIQUE- Activities are the many ways in which teaching methods are put into
practice. Teaching methods are the more general strategies utilized to assist students in
achieving learning outcomes. Teaching strategies aid students in mastering the course material.
learn how to use the information in specific situations.

2. How can the personal and professional qualities of a teacher affects the students and the class?
The professional and personal qualities are equally important for a teacher. In my opinion, a teacher is not
complete without either one of them.Personal qualities including good communication and interpersonal skills
are required so that teacher can understand the needs of the students and they can aslo freely approach the
teacher.Professional qualities are necessary to learn the basics of methods of teaching, techniques and hands on
training to handle all kinds of students from all the sections of the society. And also to give certification for
teaching.

3. What are the factors that you need to consider in choosing and using a good method in
teaching? Explain it through your own words.
The teacher must therefore take into account at least three key factors when selecting an
instructional strategy:
1) the learning objectives, to ensure the approach is appropriate;
2) the nature of the resources; and
3) how we want students to engage with this information.
4. They say that, learning comes by doing. What does it imply to you as a future teacher?

AS A FUTURE TEACHER WE SHOULD ALWAYS PRACTICE ON

WHAT WE DOING SO THAT WE CAN LEARNED IT AND WE USE IT
ON OUR FUTURE.First, teachers need to understand subject matter deeply
and flexibly so that they can help students create useful cognitive
maps.Learning by doing is the idea that we learn more when we actually “do”
the activity.
