How to face adverse situation like COVID - 19

The time of lockdown has increased, initially there was a slight fear, but now the anxiety and tension is
increasing day by day in many people. Being worried about existence or being distraught with society, this
kind of worry or thoughts in the mind is fine to some extent or is a common thing. But if this concern exceeds
the limit then it can be harmful. Such feelings become strong, such as sleeplessness, anger, feeling helpless,
having nightmares, having bad thoughts, or thinking negatively. Today, I would like to tell you about some
scientific remedies schemes to do this kind of emotional state. We will mainly look at 2 things in this article.

1. In any situation, negative thoughts arising out of your bad thoughts - such as fear, stress, anxiety, feeling of
being helpless or unable, will be seen by example.

2. Such negative thoughts have not come for this or if they come, we will see how to face them.

The priceless boon received by man caste means our Brain, it prepares us to face any kind of problem or
situation. All kinds of thought processes, positive or negative, good or bad, happen in our brain. An event
assesses the incident, the emotion associated with it and our behavior related to that feeling, all of them
affect each other. Our method of thinking, our attitude of looking at it, if it is wrong or bad, then the feeling
produced from it will be only and only negative. Which gives us fear, worry and stress.

Let's see how these feelings or thoughts took place in today's climate of epidemic. For this, I will give you
some examples.

1. G eneralization - It means to do general legislation, the world has become in a


terrible situation in some countries, it means that the same kind of situation can
happen here in our country too, to think which is totally wrong. Because the
environment of our country, the large amount of young generation in the census, all
the measures taken by the government from initials are all things.

2. atastrophisation - Means to make a small thing huge and terrible. Example - This
pandemic is in the 3rd stage, has increased and all my friends will leave their relatives,
such thoughts which are wrong. In the true sense, 81% of the people of this epidemic,
who fall only in the Mild category, who do not have any deceit far to die. Only 3%
people are likely to die. Our country of India is in a much better position than other
countries.

3. ypothetical Worries - Means only imaginary concerns which are more proof than
the actual imagination. Example - On the road someone went by my side, I also feared
an epidemic, fear, imagination or thought which is not true. Because scientists have
told us that if we follow the social distancing of 7 feet, then it is not possible that we
have an epidemic.

4. ortune Telling - Means to understand the truth of future talks or prediction by
some people. As such this epidemic will be prolonged and the lockdown will last for
several months. We all know that no one has concrete information about this
epidemic. Thinking from the reality, I have made up my mind that the lockdown for
more than 2 months and after that, following the distance of social distancing i.e. 6
feet at the place of work, what will happen next will be seen.

5. hreat Scanning - means cheating and closely inspecting all the factors related to it.
In the watch of deception, our mind always feels cheated in small things, for example
watching the news again and again, the media is well aware that the human brain
gets attracted to the things related to the deception or the news very quickly. That's
why most of the news which is it is sensational. Due to this news, our fear is growing
more. That is why you have to watch the news, see it only 1 time in a day, also see it
from authentic source. Now let’s see how we can avoid it or how to ignore it.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy -This is a counseling technique. It has an A - B - C


modal. A means “Antecedent Event circumstance”, B means “Belief” approach to
event, C means “Consequences”. Thoughts can be good, such as a happy mind,
happiness or bad or worry or stress. Now in this situation, this is an epidemic that is
not under our control. On which we cannot do anything. But B is the perspective of
looking at it i.e. our thinking, our thoughts which are under our control. Who will
decide what the outcome will be. For this, we have to first identify our thought
process and improve the bad ideas that come in it. how ? Ask yourself the question,
how true are the thoughts that come to my mind, how true. Now there are many
ways to improve such sad thoughts. Let me tell you in some of that.
Challenge those ideas to try to understand how the idea is not true or not appropriate. Try to get the correct
information of such situation. Ask other people how they are facing this situation in a positive way. Get
information about how they faced the problems faced by those situations. . How to find answers to
upcoming questions. If you want, take help from someone, keep a positive attitude. Even before this, the
world has seen a lot of epidemics and diseases, it has been countered. All these crises, troubles and problems
are like waves of a sea, It comes and goes.

Finally, I would like to share some more tips such as Quarantine and isolation. Don't look at it with stigma.
This is not a punishment for you. There is no spread of this in society, so it is a solution. In order to remove
the isolation that has come due to being away from the society, social media should do it, keep in touch with
your friend's identity through mobile. If your mild illness or some health is not well, consult your doctor over
the phone. Do not run out without any necessary work. The most important is to take care of your sleep,
food, exercise and always maintain a pleasant atmosphere of the house. Always be happy, stay healthy and
stay safe at home until there is no information from the government.
