Zoom provides videotelephony and online chat services through a cloud-


based peer-to-peer software platform and is used for teleconferencing,
telecommuting, distance education, and social relations.

Google Meet is a video-communication service developed by Google. It is


one of two apps that constitute the replacement for Google Hangouts, the
other being Google Chat. Using your browser, share your video, desktop,
and presentations with teammates and customers.

 Instant Messaging

Facebook Messenger is a mobile tool that allows users to instantly send


chat messages to friends on Facebook. Messages are received on their
mobile phones. Facebook Messenger also enables users to send chat
messages to people who are logged onto their Facebook accounts.

WeChat has been described as China's "app for everything" and a "super
app" because of its wide range of functions. WeChat provides text
messaging, hold-to-talk voice messaging, broadcast (one-to-many)
messaging, video conferencing, video games, sharing of photographs and
videos and location sharing.

Viber is a calling and messaging app that connects people–no matter who
they are, or where they're from. Each month, hundreds of millions of
people connect, for free, with their loved ones via messaging, high-quality
voice and video calls and more.

diagramming and flowchart application. ... It can be used to create

website wireframes, UML diagrams, network diagrams, and many other
diagram types.

people on Skype.
