represent in the 7th Division Research
Congress; and

II. Accomplishments
Accomplishments The facilitators had exhibited mastery on
the topics/sessions. They had provided
motivational activities like reflection and
games before they started their assigned
topics.
12 teacher-participants were able to
submit and present their research
proposals following the styles and
formatting. They had given viable and
pragmatic recommendations for the
betterment of their studies.
The 2-day activity ended with a spirit of
enthusiasm to motivate more teachers to
craft action/basic researches.

Best Practices The participants were given a notice
before the webinar.
The facilitators had accumulated all of
their learnings from the division training
on research particularly in styles and
formatting and imparted those learnings
to the district level.
The program management team
provided an alluring and enticing stage
decoration in the session hall giving
such an harmonious atmosphere.
The PMT offered meals and snacks for
the invited resource speakers and
panelists from other districts and
division itself.
The PMT commenced with opening
program including research exercise
before the start of the session. It ended
also with closing program sharing the
words of impression during the 2-day
activity.
Overall Remarks and Issues The session was not started on time and
Encountered ended late on the second day.
Only 12 out of 135 teacher-participants
were able to present the research
proposals.
