the smoking behavior among Undergraduate Students under BCCP Tobacco Control
Research Grant Program 2016 which is funded by Institute of Global Tobacco Control
(IGTC) of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA. The obtained
information will only be used for research purpose. Confidentiality of the information
provided by the respondents will be strictly maintained. Your participation is voluntary and
you can withdraw from the study any time even after having agreed to participate. You are
free to refuse to answer any question that is asked in the questionnaire. If you have any
