I. ACCOMPLISHMENT
The team is still working on different parts of the sports complex. Some workers
are working on the mezzanine columns, welded braces for forms, and have installed
electrical hose in the teller area. Hopefully, the team will be able to finish a part of
sports complex any time this month.

ACTUAL ACTIVITY:
  Concrete pouring at mezzanine columns and concrete finishing is being done
at the teller area's window entrance and upper wall and is still on-going. In
addition, an electrical hose has also been installed in the teller area.
 Continued installation of angle brackets for fascia boards and hardiflex at the
complex's extension steel post. (C/o Gabriel’s team)

II. CONCERNS/REQUESTS/ISSUES:

1. We are running out of cement that is going to be used for the next concrete
pouring.
RECOMMENDATION:
1. During working hours, employees must concentrate on their assigned tasks.
2. To achieve the project's estimated deadline, double the time spent on the
work.
3. Ensure that the necessary materials are available so that the task does not sit
idle.
4. Ensure collaboration and communication on the construction site.
