DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by MIRIAM ANUNCIACION-BUDY married to RAYMUND RITCHIE S.
BUDY, both of legal age, Filipinos, and resident of 5000 Dama De Noche St., Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga,
hereinafter called the SELLER, in favor of SARAH JANE CUNANAN CONCEPCION, single, of legal age, Filipino,
and resident of 071 Abad Santos St., Dolores, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, hereinafter called as the BUYER.

W I T N E S S E T H
That for and inconsideration of the sum of, Philippines currency, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged from the buyer to the entire satisfaction of the SELLER, said SELLER do hereby SELL, TRANSFER,
and CONVEY, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, unto said BUYER, his heirs and assigns that certain parcel of
land located at Bical, Mabalacat, Pampanga and more particularly described as follows:

Area: Nine Hundred Twelve (912) Square Meters more or less.

That for and in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱
460,000.00), Philippine currency to us in hand paid to our full and complete satisfaction by the BUYER. We do
hereby these present sell, transfer, and convey unto SARAH JANE CUNANAN CONCEPCION, and her heirs,
successors and assign afore described land thereon, is free from liens and encumbrances.
