I, Romeo T. Tuazon, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Mining, Angeles City,
hereinafter called the Buyer, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, MARISTEL JOVEN, of legal age,
Filipino, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To act as my representative, regarding the processing of my Deed of Sale to the Bureau of

Internal Revenue (verification/application of TIN No.s and payments) Assessor’s Office,
Treasurer’s Office and Office of the Registry of Deeds, involving Transfer Certificate Title
No. 045-2021005405;

2. To do all acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever in or about my said documents.
