Subject: Advance Maintenance Charges for the period January ’22 to March 22.

With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that we will be taking
over the maintenance affairs of C Block from VBHC with effect from January’22 onwards. In this
context we would like to inform you that the advance demand note for the maintenance services
shall be raised quarter wise with effect from January’22 onwards.

The amount mentioned above is an estimated amount on average spent amount for the past few
months and the details of actual expenses shall be shared in the third/ fourth week of every
subsequent month with effect from Jan’22 onwards. Any surplus/ shortfall in the collected amount
shall be carried forward in the subsequent advance quarter billing.

We request you to kindly transfer the maintenance charges within 7 days from the date of receipt of
this letter to the below given account to enable us to maintain our complex in an effective manner.
