1. Prepare the carrots it should be peeled, cut into diagonal slices, and thinly sliced
fresh garlic minced using the fan chop method.

2. And then over medium heat, preheat the pan. Then, melt butter in a pan then add
the slice carrots them with salt and pepper.
3. Then cook the carrots for about 5 minutes, turning them frequently to ensure even
browning. Cook the carrots for a further 5 minutes or so after adding the honey
and sugar.

4. Before serving add some fresh chopped parsley, Enjoy!

PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS:
• Carrots: For this dish, two medium carrots that have been peeled and diced are required.
Fresh carrots are preferable than baby carrots since they have a stronger taste. Beta-
carotene and vitamin A are both abundant in carrots.
• Apple: Its tartness compliments the sweetness of the carrots. However, feel free to use
whatever type of apple you prefer.
• Milk

• Sugar
Prepare to peel the carrots, and chop them into small chunks. Core and dice the apple. You can
peel the apple if you prefer, or not. It’s up to you. I keep the peel on because it has added nutrients
and it’s easier!
Add the carrots and apple then the milk then add some ice, to your blender. Blend on low then
slowly increase the speed to medium. Ensure that the carrots, apple, and milk have been fully
incorporated.

Tuna patties

This Tuna patties are healthy, less fat patties, made by canned tuna, minced carrots,
malunggay leaves, garlic, onion, all-purpose flour, corn starch, eggs and seasoned with
pepper powder and salt and is a Filipino favorite dish. As you can see the ingredients it
is really nutritious and an affordable dish for your family. So, make this tuna patties in
your home to make your family and friends happy and satisfying.

PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS


• cans tuna
• cup malunggay leaves
• cloves of garlic
• piece medium onion
• cup all-purpose flour
• cup cornstarch
• pieces eggs
• salt & pepper to taste
• oil for frying
To start off, drain the tuna from its sauce. Shred large tuna pieces using forks. Put the
tuna into a big bowl with grated carrots, minced malunggay leaves and minced garlic and
onion. Add half a cup of all-purpose flour and quarter cup of cornstarch. Mix completely.
Crack 2 eggs into the mixture and stir well. Add pinch of ground black pepper and salt to
taste. Mix until well-combined.
Heat the pan and put some oil. Start frying patty mixture in a flat and round formation. Flip
to cook the other side.
Once the patties are completely golden brown, transfer onto plates. Serve and enjoy!
