Gaitva’s cultured Ghee :

Gaitva ghee is made traditionally from desi cow curd ,


enhanced by medicinal herbs , at ‘Brahma Muhurtha’
accompanied with vedic chants by using wooden
churner. 100 % pure and Natural.

Process :
Ghee is made using fresh desi cow milk. The milk is
brought to boil and naturally cools down to room
temperature . Natural starter culture is being added and
left overnight to make curd. Then curd is churned using
ancient method at Brahma Muhurtha (before sunrise)
which separates loni (white butter) and buttermilk. Then
Loni is Boiled at low flame till it becomes golden brown
to obtain ghee. Once it cools down , it is stored in
Madaka Utensil for next 7 days and then packed.

We prepare ghee in the traditional ayurvedic style and


not from direct cream (milk fats)
