Consequences

1. Because of the attitude of Cora like not being honest it will produce bad and low-quality
product. Cora knew that thread is lighter than before, but she insisted that is it okay but in fact
is not.
2. Cora’s decision about thread to be used can affect the whole management. It is domino effect if
the decision is not goods
3. Cora’s protected herself by blaming other people, those people who blamed by Cora can result
an emotional damage and miscommunication towards MMD
4. Because of the pride and ego. It affects the whole company making them unorganized. This
attitude is not healthy in a company that has vision which is to served quality product.
5. We can see that Cora is 10 years in service, but Cora’s has a bad leadership that can cause
confusion and unorganized teams.

Proposed Solutions

1. Coordinate with the team, brainstorm about the project that they created and make a
comprehensive idea for everyone’s benefits
2. Do some planning among member on how they execute the said product.
3. Controlling the people by its leadership , We can say that even cora’s is 10 years in the
company , as a leader she need more trainings or seminars for her to be competitive at all times
4. Cora’s need to read some articles for her to help in terms of decision making.
5. Need more knowledge about leading company by giving her/his member a support system
when they needed.

Management theories Adopted

1. Henri Fayol Organization theory are adopted to resolve the problem that is highlighted in the
passage (Planning, Organizing, Commanding, Coordinating, Controlling)
Problem 2.

1. The principle 1 of the Frederick taylor that develop a science for each element of work, In this
management theories Minghua should gather objective data and standardize policies and
procedures.
2. The idea of Human Relation theory is applied here. It is one essential management theories in
which a business focuses on maintaining positive relationship with its worker, customers and
other stakeholders to ensure the company overall success, In general, this theory is concerned
with employee performance and attitude, It is very important role in motivating people towards
the organizational goal, job satisfactions and customer engagement, so as a Result it is evident
that Ming Hua was successful in managing customer satisfaction and developing customer
relations
3. The Time & Motion Theory of Frank and Lilian Gilbreth was used too by Ming Hua, in which he
lowers the number of duties and selects the most important ones. Increase profit and worker
satisfaction by focusing on incremental motion and time studies.
