AND
ii) That the License paid Rs 36000/- ( Rupees Thirty Six Thousand
only ) As security deposit will return back without interest at the
end of the Agreement .
iii ) That this agreement shall run from 18TH day of July 2022 which
will expire as on 17th June 2022.
iv) That the Licensee will use the said schedule property for
residential Purpose only .
b) That the save and except as aforesaid, the License shall otherwise
maintain and preserve the said schedule property in good
condition or order, protect the same against moth and white ants.
c) That the Licensee shall use the property for residential cum office
purpose only and that the Licensee should not carry on Godown in
the Schedule Property or use the same for illegal and unlawful
purpose or will not make the same any Office of any political party
/NGO nor carry out any connected activities .
e) That the Licensee shall neither hold nor cause, allow to hold held
any public Performance meeting or public function in the
schedule property.
j) That the Licensee shall not leave the licensed portion under
lock and key in any condition for any long period beyond 7 days
without the consent of the Licensor.
m) That the Licensee cannot lock for more than 7 days any flat room
or the schedule property and if the Licensee violates the same then
licensor shall have right to take over the possession of the flat room
by breaking open the lock without consent of the licensee and
whatever good and materials belonging to the licensee exist same
shall be removed/thrown out without the licensor being liable for the
same in any manner whatsoever and for the same licensee cannot
make any objection before any person or authority.
n) That if the Licensee wishes to vacate the Licensed portion before
the licensed period mentioned herein above he will be liable to give
15 days prior notice to the Licensor and similarly Licensor shall
also be liable to give 15 days prior notice to the Licensee if he needs
the Licensed portion before the Licensed period as mentioned above
r) That if the flat room is damaged then the Licensee will carry
out the repair at her own cost else have to pay for the said damage
charges to the Licensor.
u) That the Licensee has not been granted any parking space in
the said building .
