I’m 12 years old and maybe we have

something in common: I can’t figure out

math. You know, I study and do my
homework on time, but it simply doesn’t
make sense for me. Does it make sense
for you? - John

I have a huge problem with my English

homework: I understand everything in
class, but when I arrive home I can’t
remember a thing!
My teacher told me that I need more
practice because only practicing I’ll learn.
Do you agree with her? - Matt

I like my school and teachers and make efforts to be a good

student, but when I get home and see how much homework I
have to do, I get tired before starting. I can’t waste so much time
writing and answering questions when everybody else seems to
be on the beach or at the shopping mall. I know I’m wrong, but I
just can’t help it. I wish I could focus on my homework and
perhaps I’d get better grades. - Norbert
