Jaytee’s restaurant serves Filipino dishes, therefore barrio fiesta set up is a suitable
one for the grand opening of the said event.

Days of Event 1 day; 1 day bump-in and bump-out; December 10, 2022

No. of Attendees 80 pax (20 sits/tables will be occupied by the families/friends of the
owner. 10 sits/tables for the guests and their companion. 50 sits/tables are
allotted for the expected customers.

Venue Maharlika West, 4120 Tagaytay City

Stage Design In the southern area of the restaurant is a very light space for the short
opening talk of the owner and short message, promotion on their vlogs of
the influencers: Alex Gonzaga and Small Laude.

Two (2) set of tables on the left side of the stage is for the invited guests
with their companions.

Four (4) set of tables on the right side is for the family/friends of the
owner of the restaurant.

The remaining set of tables are for 50 pax expected customers.

There will be a short opening remark from Mrs. Nerizza Miranda. After
that, Alex Gonzaga and Small Laude will introduce and promote the
Jaytee’s Filipino Cuisine to the present customers as well as with their
respected vlogs.

After a short introduction of Alex Gonzaga and Small Laude. They will
ask some customers for their orders to launch the foods or menus that can
be available in Jaytee’s Philippine Cuisine.

Loud upbeat music and will be played and displayed on the screen on the
stage to show the Filipino Cuisine from the menu of Jaytee’s restaurant.

Equipment
Access 1-day access shall be given to the following:
 Mrs. Nerizza Miranda / family (3) parking)
 2 guest social media influencers– one (1) parking space each
 Technical staff – one (1) parking space

Ingress and  Event start and end time: 1:00pm – 6:00pm

Egress  2 hours for ingress (for venue and sound system preparation)
 3 hours for egress (for the main event, and venue and sound
system wrap-up)
Security Security shall be provided mainly by the owner, but a couple of staff shall
be tasked to ensure order and safety.
