Directs and oversees the planning of meetings and
special events for an organization. Coordinates all amenities,
accommodations, and related departments including site
selection, staffs, food, transportation, and audio or visual
equipment. Monitors and controls event budgets and negotiates
all necessary contracts.

Program coordinators - work with staff members,
budgets, and procedures to ensure the
implementation and success of programs. You'll
monitor your staff members’ workloads and hours,
coordinate their schedules, and plan their time off.

audiovisual services; liaising with suppliers such as florists and external caterers; working on the
design of programmes and promotional materials; arranging security and advising on health and
