Aesthetica Events Management is a company that offers a budget friendly event
services that everyone can afford and organizes several events around the city to
individual and business associated with wedding parties and other occasions, provide
a number of different services according to the occasions.
Aesthetica Events Management was known in the industry for being creative and
passionate in providing services to the clients needs for an extraordinary and
excellent event. The company is based in Bulacan but can also provide services within
Luzon and Mindanao area. Soon as the company grows bigger, we target to extend
our services in Singapore.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Firstly every employees of Aesthetica Events must have to follow and obey the act, guidance,
policy, rules and regulations imposed by the company authority and applicable from time to time.
2. The company expect formal and acceptable behaviors from the employees of Aesthetica Events.
The prime motive of Aesthetica events is to attract customers through outstanding conduct of the
employees.
3. In addition, employees are liable to protects the company's belongings what they are using for
office purposes. They will be responsible for breaking any type of official equipment such as
computer, printer, scanner, camera and so on.
4. Further, our company is very aware of maintaining the record, therefor, every employees has to
be conscious to protect documents. The office will not accept any arguments without proper
evidence.
5. Furthermore, the employees will be permitted to work who are under influence of alcoholic
beverages during work time. Also, no employees shall drive the company's vehicles or operate any
official equipment under the influence of an alcoholic.

Event Summary:
The event will be held at Editha’s Haven Resto, Bar & Events Place at San Rafael Bulacan. The event will be filled with
happiness and memories even though it is a farewell party. It will start in filling up the contact tracing, then prayer.

Injuries may occur to participants, spectators and/or event staff. It is a legal duty for the event organizers to
plan for such eventualities. (Contingency plans:
Organized first aid and/or other qualified medical personnel to be in attendance throughout the event
Roster on more staff than the minimum required so that if one person requires treatment it will not impact
on the running of the event
Ensure driveways and entrances are not blocked to emergency personnel

MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered this 25th day of June, 2021.
Between Mr. Manuel Agustin and AESTHETICA EVENTS MANAGEMENT collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
The Client wishes to be provided with the Services (defined below) by the Event Planner and the Event Planner agrees to
provide the Services to the Client on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Services
The Event Planner shall provide the following services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Agreement regarding on the full package that availed by the client Mr. Manuel Agustin.
Fees
As Consideration for the provision of the Services by the Event Planner, the fees for the Provision of the Services is (“Fees”).
Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Fees to the Event Planner on the following:
P5,000.00- to reserve and block the date of event (non refundable)
30%- payment on the 1st month depends on the package chosen.
30%- payment on the 2nd month
40%- a two weeks before the events
The Event Planner shall invoice the Client for the Services that it has provided to the Client (monthly/at the
event/after the event).
The Client shall pay such invoices (upon receipt/within 30 days of the receipt) from the Event Planner.
Event Planner in addition to all other charges payable hereunder.
Warranty
The Event Planner represents and warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees to the Event Planner, either party’s liability arising directly out
of its obligations under this Agreement and every applicable part of it shall be limited in aggregate to the Fess.
The Event Planner assumes no liability due to the quality of items or services purchased for the Client
Term and Termination
This agreement shall be effective on the date hereof and shall continue until the date of event unless terminated sooner. If
the Client terminates this agreement for any reason more than 10 days before the scheduled event, the Client will forfeit
the deposit paid to the Event Planner and the Client shall reimburse the Event Planner for all outstanding out-of-pocket
expenses.
If the client terminates this agreement for any reason within 10 days of the scheduled event, the full fee is payable to the
Event Planner and the Client shall reimburse the Event Planner for all outstanding out-of-pocket expenses.
Relationship of the Parties
The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by the Event Planner, its employees, subcontractors, or
agents shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in this Agreement shall deemed to constitute a partnership,
joint venture or otherwise between the parties
Confidentiality
Neither Party will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under or in relation to this
agreement and which is of confidential nature.
Miscellaneous
The failure of either party to enforce its rights under this agreement at any time for any period shall not be
construed as a waiver of such rights. If any part, term or provision of this agreement is held to be illegal or
unenforceable neither the validity nor enforceability of the remainder of
this agreement shall be affected.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties relating to the event and supersedes
all prior representation, negotiations or understanding with respect to the event.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the failure is caused
by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, war, or industrial
dispute.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the client is located. Agreed by the

This contract defines the terms and conditions under which EDITHA’S HAVEN RESTAURANT, BAR AND EVENT PLACE and
AESTHETICA EVENTS MANAGEMENT agree to the CLIENT’s use of EDITHA’S HAVE facilities and tables and chairs on February
24,2022. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and becomes binding upon the signature of both
parties. The contract may not be amended or changed unless executed in writing and signed by Editha’s Haven Restaurant, Bar
and Events Venue and the Aesthetica events management.

DEPOSIT/RENTAL FEES
A signed contract and date-hold 50% deposit of the costs associated with the event space rental must be received to reserve your
date(s) and time(s). The balance of your space rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to your event. Miscellaneous costs, such as
bar, catering, rentals, etc., are due prior to your event start date. Any additional costs that arise will be due within two (2) days of
your event. No terms are implied or granted and no work will be allowed to commence until full payment is received.
CANCELLATION
Date-Hold deposit is non-refundable. From 25 days prior to event: No space rental payment(s) will be refunded. From 10 days
prior to event: furniture, fixtures, technology, and coordination/design may not be refunded.
Contract Signature. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Editha’s Haven Restaurant and the Aesthetica events
management and becomes binding upon both parties
when signed.
