The Opportunity
We are looking at hiring Executive - Piano Academic Expert /Experienced Musicians with expertise in the
domain of music education, excellent communication skills and a flair for delighting students. A pianist
who would love to understand an applicant's capability and apply expertise in selecting the ideal level of
Artium’s keyboard course and a suitable tutor by utilizing a parameterized framework.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct a detailed evaluation of students (complete KYC) applying for the Piano courses at Artium
during the trial class
• Explain Artium’s Piano curriculum & methodology
• Diagnose students’ exact learning needs, goals and aspirations behind application
• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, equipment
and Artium’s patent worthy pedagogy to give a preview of the learning experience using
• Council on the student on the right course and select the right teacher from a pool utilizing a
parameterized framework
• Develop and maintain a feedback loop between the applicants, the CX team, teachers and
multiple relevant stakeholders like Academics/L&D and QA/Product/Teacher Operations
• Maintain daily trackers and manage daily volumes as an Academic Expert with effectiveness
• Attend and participate in faculty meetings and serve stakeholders as required

What You Need to Succeed
• Exceptionally good at presenting himself out there as an academic representative for Artium
Academy with sheer confidence
• Extremely passionate about Piano as an instrument & should be able to promote its cognitive
benefits for children & adults alike
• Ability to gauge the needs of the student & accordingly suggest course levels/teachers for their
skill & overall development
• Should use effective communication skills to present information accurately and clearly.
• Good command over the instrument - Piano & Keyboard
• Strong knowledge about genres like - Blues, Jazz, R&B, Pop, Rock & Hindi Music
• Sight Reading knowledge is a must
• Prior experience in Online Music Teaching is a benefit
• Any other music education - Diploma/Degree/Certification from a well known institute is a
benefit
• Excellent team player who is naturally curious about navigating a startup setting, flexible &
comfortable with a developing ecosystem
