EVENT SUMMARY

The U.S Africa Bizmatch Forum 2022 is scheduled to be held on December 15-16, 2022, during
the side-line of the U.S.-Africa Leaders' Summit 2022 which will be a critical steppingstone to
delivering on the Biden vision of a revitalized relationship that is at the core of the new Africa
strategy.

The Bizmatch Forum will convene an influential community of heads of state, CEOs, project
developers, and financiers under one roof to conduct business under the theme “Unlocking U.S
Investment in African Markets" with a focus on accelerating the pace and scale of U.S investment
in Africa through collaboration and shared strategies.

Fifty African leaders are expected to join President Joe Biden to discuss many issues including
increasing sustainable food production, responding to the escalating climate crisis, building a
strong and inclusive global economy, providing life-saving humanitarian assistance, and
strengthening global norms. To leverage the presence in Washington, D.C. of so many African
leaders as well as the intense interest in U.S.-Africa ties that the Summit will bring, the U.S Africa
Bizmatch Forum has been strategically scheduled along the margins to coincide with the U.S.-
Africa Leaders' Summit 2022 happening on December 13-15,2022.

How the Business Matchmaking Platform Works
An email with login instructions to access the platform will be sent to all registered delegates to
schedule meetings, network with other delegates, view the agenda, and set up your personal
schedule, including the sessions and meetings. The scheduler finds and recommends the best
time to set up meetings in the dedicated meeting rooms and tables will be automatically allocated
and managed. No double bookings and easy to send requests, decline, accept, reschedule and/or
cancel meetings.
