While some people believe that individuals feel that attending university or college is the
greatest path to a successful career, others argue that getting a job right after high school
On the one hand, there are various reasons why many people believe that they will enter
university. The first reason is university graduates want to broaden their horizons to gain
professional qualifications and chase the top of jobs, especially in the competitive job market
today. As a result, university graduates can probably get a good job with a much higher
salary and have more chances of promotions to others. Another reason is that they can build
up social relationships. The reason for this is that they have chances to meet and make
friends with many students of different religions and various cultural backgrounds.
On the other hand, others argue that they can work straight after graduating from high
school. The first reason is that they want to earn money as soon as possible. This means
that they will live independently without their parent's financial support. Secondly, they
become more independent and mature than those of the same age. This is due to the fact
that they have been through real situations in their workplaces such as how to treat
customers professionally to get along with their colleagues. As a consequence, they obtain a
lot of work experience and develop soft skills such as teamwork, management skills,
