A Human Resource Manager at a company in United States is concerned with more and more
employees leaving their job. Therefore, he designed a data visualization dashboard in Figure 4 to
see if there are significant criteria on who will be terminated or quit their job. The dashboards are
designed based on the distribution of 22,211 hired employees at the company from year 2000 to
2021. Based on the findings of the visualization dashboard, the manager aims to proactively go to
the targeted employees, providing them with better policies and work-life balance. Based on the
