Abstract

In collaboration with friends this is our small effort to deliver peoples emergency parcel and sharing ride
with fast and faithfully.Aimed to determine the feasibility of expanding emergency ride sharing through
Bangladesh. We used a transportation survey of vehicle owners, archival traffic pattern research, and an
environmental and societal impact analysis to identify recommendations regarding transportation
policies that could increase the use of emeregency vehicle sharing in Bangladesh.

Organizational viability:

Our project is oraganizational perspective.with this project company will profit through commision.And
we have support from orgaization heads to continue this project management.

Operational viability:

it is a ride sharing and parcel delivery app so organization and people will expect fast and safe
delivery.so we are securing the app most perfectly.

Economic viability:

Economically this project will benefits surely after develop,because it’s a needy thing in todays world .

Technical software feasibility:

we are working in this project with the help of our experience advisor and he is supporting us
throughtout the whole project but we need some time to adjust with different technical tools and
programming language.

Timeline feasibility:

we are creating this project in different module and it needs atleast 1 week to comple one module,and
thus in 16-20 weeks we are hopeful about our project.

Legal feasibility:

the project we are working wil go through bd govt. and it will legally corporate in market.

Cultural feasibility:

this ride sharing project will be a dream for people like bangladesh because from rural to city area it is
difficult to transport needy things in case of emergency.so,hopefully it will contribute our culture as
well.

Marketing feasibility:

we are working some advertisement and discount in ride sharing[conditions apply] in our app.and we
are confident we can do better in marketing department.

Performance:

Our app will run in all android version 7+ or above.we are trying to make it fast,reliable and secure for
User.

Information:

we are working on our project with correct ,timely and reliable information from our advisor.and he is
friendly and experience in this field.

Economy:

we are trying our best to create economically supportive like our country here vehicle riding cost is not
permanent it is temporary,and with this info we are also trying to create a platform where rider and
driver will negotiate about payment through call or message and we will take our commision from both
of them according to payment.

Control:

We are working in firebase to store our databse and it’s a reliable google tools.so our security will be
strong enough.

Eficciency:

we have splitted our work according to different module and we are ignoring redundant work in this
project.and all are resources are being used from Google.com

Services:

we are trying to accurate our project system and we hopefully we will offer reliable services to our
client.
Project Overview:

We are living in the era of technologies where mobile apps are contributing with vehicle.Millions of
pepople daily haunt in vehicle and parcel things.When those activities held people faced some problems
like they cant find instant vehicle for their delivery plus if they find they cant secure their parcel through
vehicle because of unknown drivers and like these many problem people confront through ride sharing
or parcel delivery.So,we are here to give this problem into a solution by creating an app where Driver
info and vehicle no. will be there and near location wise vehicle will be provided to customer for their
needy things like Oxygen,parcel and ride sharing.and with this project we are confident that people’s
suffer in this activities will decrease and thus economy of country will also be in balance sheet because
drivers can earn through making reliable deliveries on time and client or rider can reliable in a safe
journey.

Purpose:

Main purpose of our project is to connect driver and rider in a good platform where organization,driver
and users both can be profitable in their field.

Scope:

our current plan rightnow is to make sure we create a dependable stage where ride sharing will be easy
and fast.but in future it can expand with three sided market place connecting a driver,a resturant owner
and customer as a result resturant pay commision on the orders to us where customers will pay the
small delivery charges and driver can earn making deliveries on time.

Current diagnosis:

presently so much apps there look alike ours but not like us,they just give ride sharing or delivery food
but we have both in case in our project.so there is a possibility that user will acknowledge our app.

Requirements:

We arent experienced developers or software engineer like others but according to our knowledge we
have decided to create this project frontend and Backend with some today’s good and easliy
resourcable toolkits those

We are using JAVA in frontend

And for database or backend we are using Firebase

And all of those will be handled in Android Studio.

Benefits:

here driver and user will benefit in their field and they will give commision to us in every trip they made
through app.

Costs:

A Minimum Viable Product version of an App ours, considering median costs on design and
development, is likely to run about $115k for a single platform (Android only or iOS only), $175k using a
cross-platform app, or $230k for both Android and iOS. That’s at a bare minimum considering only the
most essential features.

Risks:

there is some risk to handle this type of platform like driver shaortage,taxes to govt if its too
much,database handling,over driver problems beacause they wont find rider etc.but we can manage this
through definite amount of drivers implant,loactionwise driver and user info handling,etc.

Timeline

first we will work in design then elaborate it according to design,after that we have to start construct it
in backend and frontend and later we will work in transition of our project.

Conclusions:

nowadays people in our country are time maintainers,likes to work faster and safer.and they need this
type of creation on those activities.Here we have tried our best behalf of people in our country so that
they can rely their delivery or ride sharing for personal or business related matter.it is their their choice
if people accept it or not but in this pandemic days this type of project will be helpful for govt and
people.In the above commentaries those topics were hard to gather but those information will led this
project into a perfecter and that’s what we thought.so,finally technically we lack some skills and
requirement,operationally we will try our best to secure it hardly so that people can rely in our
app,economically it will be a blanced sheet for our govt, people and organization,and last but most hard
part for us to schedule it to a proper time as it is tough as always in creating a software but we are trying
to make things up accrording to time.thats it, for feasibility study in our project.Thank you.
