This will create an avenue for the teachers to propose community-based project
that will benefit the community.
Teachers can develop more innovative materials in support to their career
development.
Being familiar with the format on how to conduct community-based projects will
contribute to the career development of the teachers. This will also strengthen the
relationship and partnership of teachers and the community in delivering quality
education to all learners.
At the end of the session, the participants shall be come up with a tangible and
foreseeable project plan in producing their own manuscript proposals (Community
based- Project) in line with the programs particular barangay/municipality.

Enabling Objectives  develop/craft their own proposal in Community-Based project

 coordinate with the barangay officials on the different program in the
community
 conduct a feasibility study in the community as a basis for the Community -
Based project.

Key Understandings  Knowing and conforming with the Guidelines in the Community -Based
Projects is very essential for someone to begin with a project that is truly
helpful in the community.
