INTRODUCTION

In the fast changing world there are lots of high technology emerging from
different places, different content, different inventors, and different business industries
but there are only one thing that they have in common to make people lives more easier,
solving peoples problems and helping the world's economy increases.

The Drone are one of the greatest invention created in human history because of
its different types, features, and purposes. Other drones are made for sports like racing
drones, others are made for security drones, and other drones are made as to deliver
products to other places. Drones are undeniably widely used for everyone because its
quite useful and its quite entertaining to used.

As observed in the law enforcement of the Philippines, especially in the aerial

surveillance drones that they used, there are some cases that there drones are being
caught to they’re enemies, other’s it has only a flight limitation, easy to be caught by
enemies anti-drones, limited battery life time, not durable, the features are not good and
they’re drones can only hovered for a limited distance. Also, they can’t used drones in
night times because they’re drones has no features to see at night and the lights of the
drone are noticeable and the noise of they’re drone being produce are way too loud.

With the used of Project Himpapawid Drone(PHD) for the law enforcement of the
Philippines, the inventor believed that the drone he designed contribute a lot to the
improvement of aerial surveillance drone. By the used of new tactical drone that provides
many different features like 24/7 flight time, limitless flight range and hovering distance,
noise cancellation, face detector camera, infrared camera, solar panel generated, can
scan the area and send back to the main controller, can detect suspicious weapon and
crimes, anti-drone resistance and other features that will lead to a great success of the
law enforcement of the Philippines. The Project Himpapawid Drone(PHD) are undeniably
provides accurate, efficient, and productive aerial performance and informative data. The
PHD are made in Philippines that has the capability to compete globally by its tremendous
features and international quality.

INVENTION DESCRIPTION
The Project Himpapawid Drone(PHD) are too different than other drones,
from its external structure and internal structure. This drone has a lot of features that
other drones don't have . First in the body frame or the internal frame structure of the
drone. It is made up of carbon fiber frames, so that the drone frame are not heavy. The
drone frame are also used to attached all the mechanical parts and other components
so that the drone can fly. The mechanical parts of the drone include; GPS module, Video
transmitter, Flight control, Electronic speed control, Motor controller, Drone motor, Drone
propeller, Power port module, 3 axis gimbal, camera, battery, drone antenna, main
remote controller, and main camera monitor. These parts has different purpose and
mechanical procedures to make the PHD can fly, operate and can successfully operates
its features and objectives.
Moreover, the PHD frame measures by 34” x 34” and with its external cover 36”
x 36”, the overall length and width are 36” x 36”. The propeller is measures 9.5” and the
drone motor that used quadcopter type of motors. The top cover are used solar panels
to keep the drone fly in daytime and in night time the battery will be used. The GPS
module used to track down the crime, scan the area, provide an accurate, send alarms
to the main controller, and used to navigate and so that drone knows to fly back its
station. The five different camera’s used infrared camera to detect the body temperature
of the person and helps the drone can see at night time. The face detector camera also
used to easily identify the person. The electronic speed control used to provide fast travel
speed and to slow its travel speed. The video transmitter provides the quality of the video
received by the main controller and helps the drone to live streaming. The battery used
in the drone is a LiPo battery or Lithium Polymer battery it has 6 batteries and each
battery has 30000 mah and 22.2 volts, the total amount of the battery power is 180,000
mah and 133.2 volts, this are enough power so that drone can fly over night. The 3 axis
gimbal will provide a stability of the drone camera to have stable shot and vibration free.
The flight control of the drone serves as the brain of the drone. And lastly, the total
weight of the PHD including all the parts in and out are 10 kilograms.
