● Business Structure

A sole proprietorship is an unincorporated corporation that has only one

owner who pays personal income tax on gains received by the company,
often referred to as a sole trader or a proprietorship. Owing to a lack of
government oversight, a sole proprietorship is the simplest type
corporation to start up or take apart. Many sole proprietors conduct
business under their own names so it is not necessary to establish a
different corporation or trade name.

● Growth Potential:

DR. DENNIS MAYER A. TAN

We are looking forward to great success in our business. Continuing the
President/CEO production of our product since safety for everyone will always be our
DR. NORA VELMA M. GAYOD
priority. A survey in 1997 showed that 80% of the companies who began
Senior Vice President innovations in the last 3 years improved their business performance in
DR. FRANCISCO S. CABRERA, JR.
terms of profits, market share and new markets penetration
VP Academic Affairs
(CBI/NatWest, 1997). The results have been consistent for the past 3
DR. ERWIN L. PURCIA years. The survey suggests that innovations have led to improved
Principal
business performance. Other studies such as Franko (1989) demonstrate
PROF. JOMAR B. MENDOZA the link between Research and Development expenditure and succeeding
SHS Over-all Coordinator
sales revenues of a firm. It was shown by Geroski et al. (1992) that
SHS Coodinators innovating and developing firms are able to achieve larger market share
and higher growth rates and profits. A major research project, focusing on
Subject Coordinators
the relationship between technological factors and economic indicators,
Academic Staff has shown that the technological performance of the firm is positively
associated with its market value. After encountering revenue declines
over the past five years, the Safety Equipment and Supplies Distributors
industry is expected to return to growth over the next five years. The
demand for the industry of safety products is anticipated to grow as
manufacturing markets begin to expand and ramp up productions (IBIS
World, 2020). The company believes that even in the next five years the
business is still needed by the consumers.

Cigarette smoke (including secondhand smoke) has significant negative
effects on your health and the health of those you live with. According to
the Environmental Protection Agency, the best way to improve indoor air
quality is to get rid of the source of pollutants and ventilate your interior
spaces with clean outdoor air. While air purifiers can reduce airborne
pollutants, they cannot eliminate them. They also can't clear the dust,
dander and other particles that have already settled on surfaces around
your home. Plus, for maximum effectiveness, air purifiers have to run
almost constantly. But that doesn't mean air purifiers aren't effective in
the real world. In fact, the best air purifiers are really good at filtering out
fine particles like smoke, dust, pet dander and pollen. Anecdotal

Academic Staff ● What measures do you plan to adopt to ensure employees loyalty?

A great employer should work in collaboration with their employees.

That being said, as a company that cares for its employees, we will
respect what our workers need. We will conduct surveys, specifically
Likert Scale, evaluating their satisfaction with their jobs. According to
Lamalfa (2007), an apathetic employee just works for a paycheck, but
an engaged employee regards their job as important. We will make
sure to make our employees feel that they are needed in our company.
We will trust what workers are doing, of course with the right
management. We will absolutely recognize what they have done and
we will respect them with all our best. We will also conduct team
building activities among employee groups so that they can be
comfortable towards each other. This will result in a healthy work
environment for the employees.

● How soon do you think you will need to expand your workforce?
Expanding your workforce as your business grows is essential.
However, there are plenty of factors to consider. The capacity of the
business to hire new employees is one point to be weighed up.
Assessing the company's financial reporting and its employees would
be vital before deciding on bringing new employees. This move should
be calculated thoroughly by our company. If the company's performance
is steadily growing and all sides were examined, in no time our business

● Promotion

We aim to use social media such as facebook, Instagram as marketing to

promote our product that we are going to sell, we chose to use soc ial media as
marketing since the fact that digital consumers spend hours on social media
platforms daily, which means for nearly hours a day we will have a chance to
reach our target customers to offer our product. Using these platforms to
connect with our target audience to build brand awareness, product
awareness, also boost our leads and sales. Social media as marketing we can
save money and reach more customers for less money than other digital
marketing, as well as creating and sharing content on our Facebook Page,
Instagram Account to achieve our marketing goals.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
DR. NORA VELMA M. GAYOD
Senior Vice President

DR. FRANCISCO S. CABRERA, JR.

This part presents the summary of findings, conclusions and outcome of
VP Academic Affairs the study after the rigors of analysing the data gathered.
DR. ERWIN L. PURCIA
Principal ● CONCLUSION
PROF. JOMAR B. MENDOZA
SHS Over-all Coordinator The participants were mainly aware of what the air-purifier and pepper
spray is. The benefits and advantages of having these products with you
SHS Coodinators were mentioned by the respondents leading them to suggest that they
Subject Coordinators
would rather have it with them. The products that our company selected
to combine appear to be new to their ears. Launching this kind of
Academic Staff product to the market is great particularly these days that our country is
still in the fight against the virus. Nevertheless, some respondents do
not see these two individual products as essential at all due to certain
reasons hence, possessing these products is excellent.

● RECOMMENDATION

The researchers have observed and studied the responses of the

participants involved in the interview. By that, they came up with
suggestions that might help the future users of the product. Based on
some certain negative responses pertaining to the safety precautions of
the product, researchers recommend that the company should assure
the customers that the possibility of accidents while using the product is
low. Educating the users on how the product works sure is a must. The
criticism from the respondents will be taken positively and guaranteeing
it will be evaluated by the researchers for the further improvement of our
products .
