A Parent Teacher Conference is an excellent way to communicate effectively between parents and
teachers. With the aim of supporting students' learning and helping them achieve academic excellence,
our 1st Parent Teacher Conference will be held as follows:

Day/ Date: Saturday/15 October, 2022

PTC Timings: 09:30 am – 02:30 pm
Prayer Break: 12:30 pm – 01:00 pm

• The parents will be welcomed on a first come, first served basis for approximately 5-7 minutes.
• In order to avoid last-minute disappointment, parents are encouraged to arrive early to meet all
subject teachers.
• Senior School students must wear their regular school uniforms when accompanying their
parents.
• To help you navigate the school premises for your ward's PTC, there are sign posts outside the
blocks.
• PISJ-ES volunteers are available to assist you in any way.
