1.Try to travel out of the city or inside the city and write some
travelogues with proper pictures. Try to make a vlog as well.

2.Try to find out a problem you think children are commonly


facing in Urdu and try to create a smart solution. That solution
might be:
i) designing an app to teach that topic
ii) Making some videos to demonstrate how we can do that.
iii) An app to solve that problem easily.

3.Keeping in view the importance of handwriting, try to write


something daily. Put your best effort to make it as much
presentable as possible. 
Some suggestions for improving the handwriting are:
i) Start reading a book of your interest and copy some paragraphs from
it. Try to write in the same font and style as the text in that book.
ii) Buy calligraphy pens and write some lines with them daily.
iii) Getting tuition from a calligraphist would be too good.

4.Try to completely read or ask an elder to read and take notes


from each of these Islamic books during the vacations.

5.Arrange circles of Urdu prose and poetry with your friends and
request everyone to bring something to read in that circle.

Recite the poems and write down any 10 of them. Try to learn as much
as you can by heart.

Science
Plant the same seeds in different conditions (e.g sunlight, water, air ), label
them, and note down the plant growth over the month.
1.Which plant is the tallest?
2.Did all seeds germinate? If not, what could be the possible
reasons?
3.Do all the grown plants have the same height? If not, what could
be the possibilities for this change?
4.Observe the animals around you and note down their different body structures
(e.g fur, wings, feathers etc). Discuss with other family members what could be
the possible reasons and write your conclusion about any ten animals around
you.
 

5.What are vertebrate and invertebrate animals? Make a list of at least ten
animals of both the groups that you have seen/observed in real life.
Make a body system model using different materials (e.g cardboard, thermocol
sheet, coloured computer, or any other thing that is convenient for you.) Label it
and describe the function of each part.
 

6.Observe different structures of leaves and draw them on your notebook, or


you can also paste the leaf on your notebook (optional). Discuss with others
what could be the possible reasons for these different types of leaf structures
and write your conclusion.
 

7.Search about some insectivorous/ carnivorous plants and note it down. 


1.Do they have chlorophyll?
2.Do they perform photosynthesis?
3.Do they make their own food?
4.If yes, then why do they trap and feed on insects  
 

8.Make two columns of soluble and insoluble things. Add different things to the
water (one at a time) and stir well. Note it down, is it soluble or insoluble? 
Why are some things soluble while others are not? What could be the possible
reasons?

1.Find out the area and perimeter of any 20 objects around you.
2.Find out the volume of any 20 cuboid shape objects (e.g television,
cell phone, tablet, etc).
3.Make a mini-budget of your weekly expenses from your pocket
money. Is the money sufficient for you for the whole week?
4.Give an estimate of different modes of transportation (e.g car, bike,
rickshaw, green line) to reach school from your home.
5.Note down the rates of vegetables bought for one week. Then
compare after one week how much their prices are high or low from the
initial (day 1) price?
6.How many drinking water bottles are being utilized in one day at your
home? Find out each bottle's cost and total cost for the whole day? What
amount do you need to buy drinking water for 12 months if the price of
water bottles remains the same?
7.Measure the height of your family members and note down the height
of the tallest person, the shortest person, the difference between their
heights,s and what’s the average height in the family?
8.Calculate the total cost of sacrificing an animal (Goat, Sheep, Cows,
or Camel) along with fodder and fare charges as well and also find the
per kilogram cost...Convert total Kilograms of meat into grams (Eid ul
Adha Activity).
9.Take Rs 100 from your parents and spend 1/5 on charity and the
remaining on yourself.Calculate it
10.Walk at least for half an hour in a day and convert it into kilometers..

11.Give 500 milliliters of water to a plant after every 2 days...and
convert it to liters after one month
12.Find time differences in different countries as compared to Pakistan's
time
13.Practice benchmark worksheets assigned on google classroom for
