social media is up 13% from last year. The number of people using cellular devices is up 4%
from last year.
9. Upskilling and RetrainingBusinesses have a harder time finding people with the right skills
to fill jobs. One primary issue for small businesses is that they can't fill job openings. 37% of
small business owners announced they had job openings they couldn't fill.
